Reiki sessions are deeply relaxing. Reiki heals on all levels: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Treat yourself to Reiki on a regular basis. You will notice the many benefits.
Reiki is done on a massage table, fully-clothed. The Reiki Master lightly touches or holds his or her hands slightly above the client. It brings about feelings of deep peace and is especially helpful for stress reduction.
